Who we are
Commercial Air Conditioning is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), part of the S&K Group of construction and property businesses based in Great Barr, Birmingham. We design, install and maintain air conditioning and ventilation for commercial premises across the UK.
How we work
Every installation starts with a survey and a written specification: unit sizes and positions, pipe routes, refrigerant, electrical work, controls and price. Service and repair visits are priced before we book them, and anything extra is quoted and approved before it goes ahead.
We are the business you contract with. Some work is carried out by specialist engineers working for us under our supervision, and refrigerant work is only carried out by F-gas certified engineers working for a certified company, as the law requires; the certificate details are shown on your quote. Where an energy inspection (TM44) is needed, we arrange it through an accredited assessor.
Our services are for business customers: offices, shops, hospitality, healthcare, education, landlords and other organisations.
What we will and won't say
We do not publish reviews unless they come from real customers with their permission, and we do not claim accreditations we do not hold. The photos and videos on this site are computer-generated to show the type of work we do; as real project photos come in, they will replace them.
