How it works
From enquiry to handover, for installations and for servicing and repairs.
How it works
Tell us what you need, we survey or book a priced visit, you get a written quote, and we carry out the work around your opening hours — then hand over the commissioning and F-gas records.
New installations and replacements
Enquiry
Send the form, use the quote tool, call or chat. A postcode and the type of premises is enough to start.
Survey
Free for mainland installations; remote and island locations carry a travel charge, quoted in writing first. We measure the space, check the ceiling void, glazing, occupancy and equipment, and agree where indoor and outdoor units can go. We also flag landlord, planning and noise points.
Written specification and quote
You get unit makes, models and capacities, refrigerant and charge, pipe routes, electrical work, controls, the programme and a fixed price.
Installation
Work is planned around your trading hours. Pipework, cabling and condensate runs go in first, then the units are fitted, pressure tested, evacuated and charged.
Commissioning and handover
We set up controls, check temperatures and air flow, show your team how to use the system and hand over the commissioning and F-gas paperwork.
Servicing and repairs
Tell us about the system
Make, model, number of units and any error code or symptoms.
Priced visit
We confirm the visit price before booking.
Service or diagnosis
The engineer services the units or finds the fault and explains it.
Approval and report
Extra parts or work are only done with your approval. You get a written report and updated F-gas records.
Payment
For installation projects our standard terms are 50% on acceptance of the quote, 40% on the first day of installation and the 10% balance on satisfactory completion, unless your quote says otherwise. Service and repair visits are invoiced on completion. Full details are in our terms.
