What to think about in Merthyr Tydfil
Access
High-level units or roof plant may need towers or roof access arrangements, which we plan in advance.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties often require servicing at set intervals by a competent engineer. Keep the reports.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Merthyr Tydfil often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
