Local points to consider
Replacement logistics
Large AHU replacements need craneage, road closures and careful programming.
Working hours
Most Ely businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Filters
Filter grades should match the original design or current guidance for the building.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Premises we work in around Ely
- Warehouses and industrial: cooling for offices, mezzanines, control rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
Two rules matter for most businesses in England: GB F-gas rules (leak checks from 5 tonnes CO2e) and the periodic energy inspection for more than 12 kW of air conditioning.
