Local points to consider
Replacement logistics
Large AHU replacements need craneage, road closures and careful programming.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Hygiene
Drip trays and coils must be kept clean to avoid biological growth.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Sunbury-on-Thames often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
