From enquiry to handover in Feltham
Check the void
We confirm void depth, grid size and any obstructions such as beams, sprinkler pipes or ductwork. For sites in Feltham we confirm access and parking beforehand.
Set positions
Cassettes are placed against the lighting and grid layout so air reaches the whole space.
Hang and connect
Units are hung on drop rods, connected to pipework and the condensate line.
Test and commission
The condensate pump is water-tested, the system pressure tested and charged, and air directions set.
Things to check in Feltham
Ceiling grid
Compact cassettes drop into a 600 mm grid; full-size units need the grid adapting around a larger panel.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Void depth
Compact cassettes typically need around 250–300 mm of clear void; larger units need more. We measure before quoting.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Who we work with in Feltham
- Healthcare and dental: clean, quiet cooling for surgeries, clinics, dental practices and care settings.
- Pubs and bars: cooling for busy bars, function rooms and cellars, sited with neighbours in mind.
- Gyms and leisure: high-capacity cooling and fresh air for gym floors, studios and changing rooms.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).

How much does a ceiling cassette cost in Feltham?

Do you also cover Ashford, Surrey, Hounslow and Sunbury-on-Thames?
Yes. Alongside Feltham, we also cover Ashford, Surrey, Hounslow and Sunbury-on-Thames. Each has its own page with local guide prices.
Which postcodes do you cover in Feltham?
All of them, including TW13. Give us your postcode when you enquire and we will confirm the visit details.
Do I need a suspended ceiling for a cassette?
Yes, or a ceiling void with access. In solid ceilings a wall-mounted or ducted unit is usually the better option.
Can a cassette bring in fresh air?
Many cassettes have a knock-out for a fresh-air duct, so ventilation air can be connected. The ventilation system still needs designing separately.
