Local points to consider
Power
Larger systems need a dedicated supply from the distribution board. We check capacity at survey so there are no surprises on install day.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Poulton-le-Fylde often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Condensate
Every cooling unit produces water. We route it to a drain by gravity where possible and fit a quiet condensate pump where not.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Poulton-le-Fylde are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
