Local points to consider
Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.
Condensate
Blocked trays are a common cause of ceiling stains; regular cleaning prevents them.
Working hours
Most Peacehaven businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Types of premises we cover in Peacehaven
- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
In England, systems holding 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent of refrigerant or more fall under GB F-gas rules, with regular leak checks and records; buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total also need a periodic energy inspection.
