Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
EC motors
Upgrading old motors to EC motors reduces electricity use and noise.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Prestatyn are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
