What to think about in Swanley
Condensate
Blocked trays are a common cause of ceiling stains; regular cleaning prevents them.
Working hours
Most Swanley businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Who we work with in Swanley
- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
