What to think about in West Molesey
Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Condensate
Blocked trays are a common cause of ceiling stains; regular cleaning prevents them.
Working hours
Most West Molesey businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Typical premises in West Molesey
- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
Two rules matter for most businesses in England: GB F-gas rules (leak checks from 5 tonnes CO2e) and the periodic energy inspection for more than 12 kW of air conditioning.
