Before you book in Wiltshire
Condensate
Blocked trays are a common cause of ceiling stains; regular cleaning prevents them.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Wiltshire often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Premises we work in around Wiltshire
- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
