Local points to consider
Filters
Filters must be changed regularly to keep air flow and air quality up.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Summer bypass
A bypass avoids warming incoming air in summer.
Leased premises
If your Portadown premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
