Air conditioning servicing
Air conditioning servicing is a routine maintenance visit in which an engineer cleans filters and coils, checks drainage, electrical connections and controls, measures operating pressures and temperatures, and records the results. Regular servicing keeps systems efficient, reduces breakdowns and is usually a condition of manufacturer warranties.
Guide price: from £175 per visit, first indoor unit, ex VAT. See AC servicing prices.
Planned maintenance contracts
An air conditioning maintenance contract (planned preventive maintenance, or PPM) is an agreement for scheduled service visits at set intervals, usually with the F-gas leak checks and record keeping your systems need. It gives you a fixed annual cost, a maintained asset register and a clear history for warranty, insurance and compliance.
Guide price: from £195 per indoor unit, per year, ex VAT. See maintenance contracts prices.
Air conditioning repairs
Air conditioning repair is diagnosing and fixing a fault in a cooling system — for example a refrigerant leak, a failed compressor, fan motor, sensor or circuit board, a blocked condensate drain or a controls problem. A repair visit starts with fault-finding, then a quote for the parts and labour needed.
Guide price: from £145 per repair visit, ex VAT. See AC repairs prices.
Air conditioning cleaning
Air conditioning cleaning is a deep clean of an indoor unit's filters, heat exchanger coil, fan, condensate tray and drain, and the outdoor unit's coil. It removes dust, grease and biological growth that cause smells, reduce air flow and raise running costs.
Guide price: from £95 per indoor unit, ex VAT. See AC cleaning prices.
Air conditioning replacement and upgrades
Air conditioning replacement is removing an old system — often one using R22 or R410A refrigerant — and installing new, more efficient equipment, re-using pipework where it is safe and compatible. Upgrades cut running costs, improve reliability and move the business onto refrigerants with a lower global warming potential.
Guide price: from £1,650 per indoor unit, ex VAT. See replacement and upgrades prices.
