Before you book in Highland
Access
High-level units or roof plant may need towers or roof access arrangements, which we plan in advance.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
F-gas
Where a system is above the 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent threshold, the service visit can include the mandatory leak check.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Highland often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Who we work with in Highland
- Salons and spas: comfortable salons and treatment rooms despite dryers, lamps and steam.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
- Pubs and bars: cooling for busy bars, function rooms and cellars, sited with neighbours in mind.
Compliance in Scotland: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and systems with an effective output of 12 kW or more need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
