Things to check in Hitchin
Frequency
Most commercial systems should be serviced at least once a year; busy kitchens, gyms, salons and server rooms usually need two or more visits.
Leased premises
If your Hitchin premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties often require servicing at set intervals by a competent engineer. Keep the reports.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
