F-gas
Where a system is above the 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent threshold, the service visit can include the mandatory leak check.
Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.
Access
High-level units or roof plant may need towers or roof access arrangements, which we plan in advance.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Smethwick are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
