Points to plan for in Altrincham
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Leased premises
If your Altrincham premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
Sizing
The curtain should cover the full door width and reach the floor at the right velocity.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
