Most Birmingham businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Who we work with in Birmingham
- Warehouses and industrial: cooling for offices, mezzanines, control rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
