Points to plan for in Chingford
Controls
Door contacts stop the unit running when the door is closed.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Heat source
Heat pump air curtains are usually cheaper to run than electric ones.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Chingford often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
