Points to plan for in St Austell
Heat source
Heat pump air curtains are usually cheaper to run than electric ones.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in St Austell often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.

- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
- Warehouses and industrial: cooling for offices, mezzanines, control rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
