Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.

Heat pump air curtains are usually cheaper to run than electric ones.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Wallsend often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
