Before you book in Wembley
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Wembley are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
Heat source
Heat pump air curtains are usually cheaper to run than electric ones.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Wembley often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Who we work with in Wembley
- Warehouses and industrial: cooling for offices, mezzanines, control rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
In England, systems holding 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent of refrigerant or more fall under GB F-gas rules, with regular leak checks and records; buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total also need a periodic energy inspection.

Which postcodes do you cover in Wembley?
All of them, including HA0. Give us your postcode when you enquire and we will confirm the visit details.
Will it keep insects out?
An air curtain can help discourage flying insects, but it is not a substitute for proper insect screening where hygiene rules require it.
Are they noisy?
Modern units are quiet at normal speeds. We select units sized so they do not need to run flat out.
