What to think about in Leamington Spa
Planning and noise
Outdoor units on commercial buildings often need planning permission — particularly on a front elevation, in a conservation area or on a listed building — and councils may ask for a noise assessment.
Working hours
Most Leamington Spa businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Condensate
Every cooling unit produces water. We route it to a drain by gravity where possible and fit a quiet condensate pump where not.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Leamington Spa often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Who we work with in Leamington Spa
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
In England, systems holding 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent of refrigerant or more fall under GB F-gas rules, with regular leak checks and records; buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total also need a periodic energy inspection.
