The steps for a project in Evesham
Survey and route
We check void depths and plan routes for supply and return ductwork. For sites in Evesham we confirm access and parking beforehand.
Design the air side
Grille sizes and positions are chosen for even air flow and low noise.
Install unit and ducts
The unit is hung with access for servicing; ductwork and grilles are fitted.
Balance and commission
Air flows are measured and balanced, then the system is commissioned.
Before you book in Evesham
Void depth
Low-profile ducted units can fit voids of around 250 mm, but ductwork adds depth. We measure the route as well as the unit position.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Access
Filters and the unit need access for servicing — an access panel is non-negotiable.
Working hours
Most Evesham businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
