Local points to consider
Water systems
Fan coils depend on the chilled and heating water systems; we coordinate with whoever maintains the central plant.
Leased premises
If your Acton premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
Condensate
Blocked trays are a common cause of ceiling stains; regular cleaning prevents them.
Working hours
Most Acton businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Who we work with in Acton
- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
In England, systems holding 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent of refrigerant or more fall under GB F-gas rules, with regular leak checks and records; buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total also need a periodic energy inspection.
