Before you book in Clevedon
Space
Units need space in the ceiling void or a plant area with access for filter changes.
Working hours
Most Clevedon businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Summer bypass
A bypass avoids warming incoming air in summer.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
