Filters
Filters must be changed regularly to keep air flow and air quality up.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Integration
Heat recovery pairs well with air conditioning, which handles the room heating and cooling.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Strabane often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Premises we work in around Strabane

- Hotels and hospitality: quiet bedroom units, public-area cooling and heat recovery for hotels.
Two rules matter for most businesses in Northern Ireland: EU F-gas rules that apply in Northern Ireland (leak checks from 5 tonnes CO2e) and the periodic energy inspection for more than 12 kW of air conditioning.
