Points to plan for in Jarrow
Run 24/7
Comfort units are not designed for continuous year-round use. We select equipment rated for it.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Jarrow are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
Winter operation
Cooling is needed even when it is cold outside, so low-ambient controls are fitted.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
