We cover every Chiswick postcode, including W4. Neighbouring towns we cover include Acton, Barnes and Shepherds Bush. In Chiswick, outdoor unit positions are often the deciding factor: a rear flat roof or yard is usually straightforward, while a front elevation may need landlord or planning consent first.

From enquiry to handover in Chiswick
Survey
We size the unit to the room and agree indoor and outdoor positions and the pipe route.
Mount the units
Indoor unit on a mounting plate, outdoor unit on brackets or a frame with anti-vibration mounts.
Pipe and wire
Pipework, interconnecting cable and condensate are run and made off neatly. We keep work areas in Chiswick screened and tidy at the end of each day.
Test and commission
Pressure test, evacuation, any extra refrigerant charge, then commissioning and handover.
Local points to consider
Outdoor unit position
Outdoor units need air flow and access, and should be away from neighbours' windows to keep noise down.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Chiswick often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Refrigerant rules
Since 1 January 2025, new single split systems holding under 3 kg of refrigerant in Great Britain cannot use refrigerant with a GWP of 750 or more — in practice, R32 or lower.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Premises we work in around Chiswick
- Gyms and leisure: high-capacity cooling and fresh air for gym floors, studios and changing rooms.
- Pubs and bars: cooling for busy bars, function rooms and cellars, sited with neighbours in mind.
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
- Healthcare and dental: clean, quiet cooling for surgeries, clinics, dental practices and care settings.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
