Things to check in Balerno
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Controls
Door contacts stop the unit running when the door is closed.
Leased premises
If your Balerno premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
