Sizing
The curtain should cover the full door width and reach the floor at the right velocity.
Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Blackwood often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
