Heat source
Heat pump air curtains are usually cheaper to run than electric ones.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Grays often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Premises we work in around Grays
- Retail and shops: comfortable shop floors, stockrooms and entrances, even with the door open.
- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
- Warehouses and industrial: cooling for offices, mezzanines, control rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
