What to think about in Staines
Exposure
Windy entrances need more powerful units or a lobby.
Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.
Controls
Door contacts stop the unit running when the door is closed.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Staines are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
