Working in Coventry
Coventry is one of the main commercial centres in the West Midlands, with city-centre offices, retail streets, hospitality venues and business parks on its edges.
That includes premises in CV1 and the surrounding districts. Neighbouring towns we cover include Kenilworth, Bedworth and Nuneaton.
Commercial air conditioning in Coventry is priced from a written specification: unit sizes, positions, pipe routes, condensate, electrics, controls and commissioning are all listed.
Businesses across the West Midlands can combine servicing with any F-gas leak checks their systems need, which saves a separate attendance.

Points to plan for in Coventry
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Leased premises
If your Coventry premises are leased, the landlord's written consent is usually needed for external units, wall penetrations and roof access. We provide drawings and data sheets for the request.
Conservation areas
Historic streets and listed buildings in and around Coventry are more likely to need planning permission for outdoor units on visible elevations. We check with the local planning authority before work is booked.
Roof and height work
Flat roofs, high walls and atriums need the right access equipment and edge protection. We plan towers, MEWPs or scaffold before the job, not on the day.
Compliance in England: refrigerant work falls under GB F-gas rules, and buildings with more than 12 kW of air conditioning in total need a periodic energy inspection (often called TM44).
