Before you book in Aberystwyth
Shared buildings
In multi-let buildings, roof space, risers and plant areas are often controlled by a managing agent. We work to their permits and method-statement requirements.
Access and parking
Town-centre jobs in Aberystwyth often come down to access — loading restrictions, parking for the van and getting equipment onto a roof. We check this at survey and plan deliveries around it.
Working hours
Most Aberystwyth businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Two rules matter for most businesses in Wales: GB F-gas rules (leak checks from 5 tonnes CO2e) and the periodic energy inspection for more than 12 kW of air conditioning.
