From enquiry to handover in Shepherds Bush
Check the void
We confirm void depth, grid size and any obstructions such as beams, sprinkler pipes or ductwork. For sites in Shepherds Bush we confirm access and parking beforehand.
Set positions
Cassettes are placed against the lighting and grid layout so air reaches the whole space.
Hang and connect
Units are hung on drop rods, connected to pipework and the condensate line.
Test and commission
The condensate pump is water-tested, the system pressure tested and charged, and air directions set.
What to think about in Shepherds Bush
Void depth
Compact cassettes typically need around 250–300 mm of clear void; larger units need more. We measure before quoting.
Working hours
Most Shepherds Bush businesses prefer noisy work outside trading hours. Early starts, evenings and weekends can be arranged and are priced up front.
Condensate
Most cassettes include a pump. The discharge still needs a route to a drain, which we design at survey.
Neighbours and noise
Outdoor units near flats — common above shops — need careful siting so noise at neighbours' windows stays low. We choose positions and quieter units with that in mind.
Types of premises we cover in Shepherds Bush
- Salons and spas: comfortable salons and treatment rooms despite dryers, lamps and steam.
- Restaurants and cafés: dining rooms that stay comfortable next to a hot kitchen and a busy service.
- Offices: zoned cooling and heating for open-plan floors, meeting rooms and comms rooms.
- Healthcare and dental: clean, quiet cooling for surgeries, clinics, dental practices and care settings.
Two rules matter for most businesses in England: GB F-gas rules (leak checks from 5 tonnes CO2e) and the periodic energy inspection for more than 12 kW of air conditioning.
